Disconnect evaluates domains for inclusion in Google’s Masked Domain List (MDL). The MDL is dynamic; domain owners can send an email to mdl_evaluations@disconnect.me if they believe that their domain has been incorrectly included.
All decisions about a domain’s inclusion are based on the MDL criteria found here. Please note, Disconnect’s evaluations consider only publicly available materials and technical information. Email submissions should detail how the publicly available information you submit indicates the domain does not meet the MDL criteria.
